Tony Elmore is a life long soccer player and professional coach.  He is a former National Coach, National Coach Instructor, Coach Instructor Trainer and curriculum developer for American Youth Soccer and has coached from 2 year old children up to the NCAA College level.  His fundamental belief is that all youth sport should be FUN! His fundamental dislike are adults, whether coaches or parents, screaming at children while they try to enjoy themselves playing a sport.  All instruction and support should be positive...his favorite coaching quote is from Tony DiCicco, former coach of the US Women's National Team, who said "Catch them being good".  This as opposed to catching them making mistakes and making less than positive corrections.

Tony is always available on his direct line to discuss our curriculum and our approach.  And for those of you who are as fanatical about the sport as he is COYS is a clue as to where he began his "football" career in England.
