Our coaches have been extensively trained in the HappyFeet/Legends curriculum. While a good majority have played college level soccer, we choose our staff mainly on their desire to work with children to develop a passion for the game that has served them so well. All of our staff have extensive background checks and attend classes on Child Protection in athletics and Mandated Reporter requirements. We deliberately screen-out "win at all cost" type individuals and look only for those focused on soccer as fun for the children they teach!
